Frasier Legal Services prepares discovery requests and responds to requests with highly organized preparation of documents with bookmarks, redaction of sensitive data, Bates stamps and production logs. We track down deficiencies in opposing party’s discovery and draft deficiency letters and compel motions.

In 2019 Cathy became a Board Certified Family Law Paralegal by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and in 2022 she became dual-certified when she passed the exam to become a Board Certified Civil Trial Law Paralegal making her one of less than twenty dual-certified paralegals in Texas.
The Texas Board of Legal Specialization extended to the paralegal profession in 1994 when they became the first state-associated program in the nation to certify paralegals in specialized areas of law. The application process and testing are voluntary and extensive.
These certifications distinguish Cathy as a paralegal with the highest professional commitment to excellence in Family Law and Civil Trial Law allowing her to represent herself as a Specialist in those areas. There are thousands of paralegals in Texas and approximately four hundred are Board Certified with fewer than twenty holding two certifications.
ABOUT CATHY FRASIER
Cathy is a TBLS Certified Family Law Paralegal with over fifteen years of family law experience. She worked for two attorneys early in her career before breaking off to be a freelance paralegal in 2012. She loves freelancing as it allows her to meet the needs of so many attorneys across the state.
Cathy earns consistent praise for her attention to detail, organizational abilities, and strong grasp of the process of taking a case from start to finish. Her personable attitude, ability to adapt to all types of scenarios, and desire to assist attorneys in their time of need make her an excellent match for any attorney.
Cathy provides virtual paralegal services for all aspects of family law cases, including initial interview intake, preparation of pleadings, discovery, responses to discovery, organization of trial notebooks, and preparation of temporary and final orders.
Cathy believes continued education is the key to success. In 2020 she was accepted into the Texas Bar College as one of only 104 paralegals that have been accepted throughout Texas. The Texas Bar College is an honor society of judges, lawyers, and paralegals who are leaders in the legal community and champions of legal education.
In addition to being a member of the Texas Bar College and TBLS certified, she is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
In her spare time, Cathy enjoys cooking and fishing with her husband and spending time with family.
